Stop looking at your junk while you pee. Seriously, pick a spot on the wall and stick with it. To do otherwise is narcissistic and trust me, you don't deserve to be narcissistic.
If there are an odd number of urinals only use one of the odd numbered ones. For instance, if there are five urinals in a row and none are occupied you use only 1, 3 or 5. This way if another man needs to pee he can do so while leaving a urinal between the two of you. ...
