For those who don't know I work in television industry, and part of my job is answering viewer emails, which is usually a pretty easy task. Emails normally come in the following varieties:
Fan Mail
"I love (blank) show, omg it's so great"
This is the easiest type of email to respond to because, really, you don't normally have to. They already love the show, so what are you going to say? At most they get a @thanks for watching@ or I'll point out similar shows on our schedule they might like.
