As I sit here amid a half-finished pile of commentary it came to me that this site hasn’t been updated in, oh, a week or so.

Things have been damn busy this week, and all that business… wait, busy-ness - has left me achingly tired, which has affected my ability to form coherent thoughts and then express them.

That said, I have some thoughts on all the stuff I haven’t commented on lately.

1. Congratulations to Dr. Henry Morgentaler for his induction into the Order of Canada.  He deserves it.
2. Did anyone notice MP Ken Epp, the creator of the Unborn Victims of Crime Act, seemed a little put out about Morgentaler’s entry into the Order of Canada?  God, I hate that dude.
3. There is no intelligent anti-abortion argument or stance.  Sorry, there just ain’t.
4. I was going to write about my headphones for Monday’s Things I Like, but I didn’t, so I thought you should know that I really like my headphones because they block out all the noise at work.
5. I don’t like or dislike the moves the Leafs made this week.  They had to get made, and I’ll comment on the roster next week.
6. I with I went to more regatta’s, simply so I can say I went to a regatta.
7. Hey, anyone remember when Great Big Sea played mostly Celtic influenced music i.e. when they were good?
8. I’m eating carrots, and they are so sweet they could almost be a fruit.
9. Hey Steve, writing a blog is harder then it looks, isn’t it?
10. Hey Giga, I’m still thinking over your suggestion.
