- I just saw a web banner for some Pamela Anderson site or product saying something to the effect of “See Pamela Anderson as never before. Sporting Sexy Bikini’s, lingerie and playware!”. Not to put too fine a point on it, but who hasn’t seen Pamela Anderson in these things, and less, and doing more, and having more done to her… when she didn’t have hepatitis? I’m just saying.

- Shit up creek water eh? Really? You legitimately think that’s a figure of speech or saying? I think you were trying to say “up shit creek without a paddle” but we’ll never know because you didn’t even attempt to correct yourself. I mean, even grammatically this should have sounded wrong as you were saying it, but then again, maybe not.
- “How can you tell if it’s cloudy at night? It’s dark, you could say anything if you’re a weather man.”
- Yeah, I heard this on the radio, and it wasn’t spoken from a listener either. It was from an announcer. He asked this question as if it was actually a legitimate question. Apparently not being able to see STARS through CLOUDS never occurred to him as a method for nocturnal cloud detection.
- “That goal was sweeter then Grandma’s Taffy Pie.”
- No, it probably wasn’t. Also, Taffy Pie? No wonder there’s an obesity crisis in North America.
- Has anyone noticed that since the eighties ended there has been a palpable dearth of saxophone in pop(ular) music?
- I miss Age of Electric. They were a really good band, and one of the few that make me nostalgic for my teenage years.

- I don’t care what anyone thinks, Ben Affleck is fucking hilarious when he wants to be.
- This is a piece of advice for Billy Corrigan; retire. Billy, you must understand, you are no longer relevant. Although you’ve created music in the past that will be cherished you are no longer capable of doing so. Why don’t you continue your long fade in silence; no more songs and no more Smashing Pumpkins, Zwan or solo efforts, no more poetry. Just. Let. It. All. Go. Please.
