- My team is the laughing stock of the entire professional hockey world.
- I’ve found that the older I get the better I am at video games. I’ve assessed the situation, and it seems that older I get the more analytical I become. Considering most videogames are puzzle or task based these new analytical powers grant me an advantage and perspective I didn’t have previously.
- I should play guitar more.
- In fact, I should play guitar more with other people, who play other instruments, thus forming a collective of musicians that happen to play together.
- A band! That’s the word I was thinking of. I should play with a band, just for kicks.
- When are Canadians going to realize that Stephen Harper and his Republicans North party are hopelessly inept when it comes to the actual governance of the country? Regardless of their positions on policy, I think it needs to be pointed out that they are hopeless administrators and legislators.
- For that matter, when are the Liberals going to realize that the Harper government is much weaker then they appear right now? Do they not
realize that if they toppled the government and came out swinging with a strong election platform they’d stand an excellent chance at reelection?
- I’m having difficulties settling on a new website design. What I have in mind is a site at the frenchforgrapefruit.com domain that features only my creative writing. From that main site I’d have subdomains for this blog (which would be renamed), the forum and whatever else I wanted to add but I’m unsure how to best set it up.
- I wish Google Analytics was a person so I could smack it on the butt, baseball style, and tell it “Good job son, good job”.
- I’m halfway to rejecting relavatism, but then again, I’m halfway from rejecting absolutism too.
- I think I need to learn more about Philosophy, but where does one start, and can one even start?
- That last thought was deep.
- Why has everything Radiohead has released since OK Computer been a challenge to enjoy, and why do I feel the need to work at enjoying it?
- Deep Space Nine was the best Star Trek.
- The Wrath of Khan and the Voyage Home are tied for best Trek movie.
- Yes, I like Star Trek.
- Remember how I said that I was getting better at video games with age a few thoughts ago? Well, it turns out I forgot to mention I am just terrible at Grand Theft Auto IV. Honestly, I’m kinda terrible at it, especially the driving part, which makes playing a game about car theft more difficult then it has to be.

Hey You! Yeah, You! Have You Got Something To Say?
I kinda like your blog being your home page cause thats what you update the most often. I am glad to see that your posting has become more regular since my comment. I’m not suggesting the two are interrelated however I do enjoy more frequent updates.
However it seems that once you started updating more often my updates have dropped off. Since only you and Baguette read my blog I’m not too worried about it. You however have many multiples of readers more than me, so I feel it is my duty as your friend to ensure that us the reading public are entertained on a consistent basis around here.
Otherwise things might get ugly around here.
That’s it. I’m taking off my pants.

I need to buy a goddamn thesaurus or something. I tend to use the same word too many times in my writings. I could also try reading what I wrote before posting anything, but that would take all the surprise out of reading it later.
Are you dead?
I check your site every day, and I know that you know that I do this. Sometimes I check more than once, and I know that you know this too. I just wish for an update. Instead I feel like a child rushing downstairs on christmas day hoping to find presents however instead his mom spent all the christmas money on crack, so he finds her getting filled out like an application by her dealer, and three of his friends. They’re all wearing santa hats too. This really fucks the poor child up.
Do you want me to be that child? Please write for me. I understand it’s harder for you because you want the writing that appears on your site to reflect the hard work you put into it instead of the slop bucket of urine soaked trash I’m willing to parade around on my blog, but you’re a good writer guy. I know you can do this thing if you put your lazy, procrastinating ass to it.
You stopped smoking pot, so you’ve gotta be more motivated to do well anything than I am.
It’s not so much a matter of motivation or anything else. You should know by now that it comes in waves. I’ll post a whole lot, then I’ll disappear for a while. It’s why I don’t have that many readers.
Right now I have around ten things that are half-done, and I just can’t seem to get over the hump with them. When I do, you’ll have a lot more to read.
That being said, I’ll try to update at least once next week.
